Once your business has passed its health check, the next step is to maintain and build on that. The best way to achieve this is through our annual subscription service. Expanding on our HR business partnership, our consultants will work with you on an ongo-ing basis to help with a myriad of HR issues, including streamlining your administrative workflow, identifying and strengthening poli-cies and procedures, and ensuring workplace satisfaction. We will also ensure that you stay on top of the ever changing legislation which could again put your business at risk – a risk you’ve already identified you can’t afford to take.
This subscription service can effectively protect your business and transition you to an employer of choice for a fraction of the cost of employing a full-time HR Manager on an average salary of $75k per annum, plus on costs.

Stage 3 – Project Work From time to time, issues come along that may require a more intensive, one-off service. These might include a workplace bullying or unfair dismissal claim or the need to cover an extended leave of absence of a permanent HR employee.
