Having began his career in HR over 30 years ago, John Hartigan quickly established himself as an expert in the field, gaining key positions as Head of Employee Relations with National Australia Bank (22,000 employees) and Group Manager of BTR Automotive.
He has also held senior positions with Rio Tinto, Exxon-Mobil and Orica. John’s passion, however, lies in working with SME’s, a role he has embraced for almost two decades, working with the likes of Skytrans, JCU Dental, Anglicare NQ and Wuchopperen.
John’s specialty areas include Career Coaching, Industrial Relations and Advocacy, Change Management and DISC Assessment & Behaviour Profiling.
